WHO ARE WE?

About International Fencing Club

As a member of the Unites States Fencing Association (USFA), the International Fencing Club (IFC) is one of the premier fencing clubs in New England. The mission of IFC is to provide students with the highest quality fencing instruction available, in a safe, well-supervised, and positive learning environment. Our coaching staff is hand-picked and is required to be USFA certified. Coaches are trained to provide individualized lesson plans for students of varying competence. Individual attention is a key feature of each lesson. The IFC prides itself on maintaining a close community atmosphere for all its students and their families.

What is our mission?

The IFC is based on the following two concepts: positive attitude, and setting high goals. The president and general manager of IFC, Cesar Morales, holds a degree in Physical Education from Teachers Simon Bolivar (University) in Havanna, Cuba. Cesar works individually with each fencer, helping them to achieve their personal and athletic goals. However, he is committed to teaching more than fencing. Cesar takes his responsibility as a role model seriously by teaching his students the importance of strong character, leadership, and good values.

High-quality, Olympic style fencing training to underserved kids!

International Fencing Club Foundation is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to providing high quality Olympic style fencing training to underserved kids from Boston and surrounding neighborhood areas.

Those who are physically active tend to have better grades, school attendance, cognitive performance, and classroom behaviors. Higher physical activity and physical fitness levels are associated with improved cognitive performance among students.

Your generous support goes to help those students achieve their goals.
